Celebrate the magic of flight at Indiana’s largest balloon festival, the Jupiter Flights Balloon Festival at Conner Prairie. This three-day event offers a vibrant mix of family-friendly entertainment, breathtaking balloon displays, and immersive experiences from sunrise to sunset.
Evening Events (Friday & Saturday, 5–10 p.m.):
Each evening features live music, food trucks, bounce houses, and interactive activities across the grounds. The highlight is the Balloon Glow, where illuminated hot air balloons light up the night sky in a dazzling display timed to music. Guests can walk among the balloons and meet the pilots. Weather permitting, the 1859 Balloon Voyage will offer rides soaring over 350 feet above the prairie. VIP ticket holders enjoy reserved seating, a private bar, and a tasting experience from Oliver Winery.
Morning Events (Saturday & Sunday, 7–9 a.m.):
Start your day with the excitement of balloon competitions, including the Fly on Target race, where pilots aim to drop markers on designated targets. Balloons fly in from offsite, creating stunning overhead views. Morning activities include a barrel train, parachute games, corn mazes, a dry tubing hill, and a Make & Take craft station. Guests can preview the Headless Horseman-themed corn maze before its public opening later in the month.

Important Notes:
Hot air balloon activities are weather-dependent and may be delayed or modified. In case of poor conditions, a “Twinkle” display may replace the full Balloon Glow. Most other festival activities will continue rain or shine.
