Health Educator Jim Ginder wins Public Health Hero Award
Last Thursday, Feb. 12, the Hamilton County Health Department had a strong presence for Public Health Day at the Statehouse. Local health officials, including County Commissioner Mark Heirbrandt, were able to connect with fellow public health leaders and elected officials, including State Senator Jim Buck and Governor Mike Braun, to share ideas on the important work happening in communities across Indiana.
A special congratulations to Health Educator Jim Ginder of the Hamilton County Health Department (shown above), who received the Public Health Hero Award. This award recognizes his exceptional spirit and commitment to public health. Congratulations, Jim, and thank you for the positive impact you continue to make across Hamilton County.
