Carmel’s boys got an overwhelming victory at Brownsburg on Tuesday, beating the Bulldogs 69-36.
The Greyhounds outscored Brownsburg in each of the four quarters, leading 16-9 after one period and 33-18 at halftime. Carmel put up another 17 points in the third quarter for a 50-26 lead, then finished strong with 19 points in the fourth period.
Evan Harrell scored 22 points and collected nine rebounds. Julian Vogt was right behind with 21 points; Vogt was perfect from beyond the arc, making all five of his 3-point attempts. Cash Daniels scored nine points, collected nine rebounds and dished out seven assists. Delacy Fant added eight points and Jamichael Fountain scored seven.
The Greyhounds are 13-3 and play an all-county game Friday at Hamilton Southeastern before hosting Avon Saturday.
