As part of F.C. Tucker Company’s continued growth, the brokerage has created two new Regional Vice President roles and selected Angel Dean and Andy Rudolph to fill these key leadership positions.
Prior to being named to their new roles, Dean was Co-Manager of the F.C. Tucker Carmel office, and Rudolph was Vice President of Franchise Operations. Both assumed their new roles on Jan. 1 2026, working alongside F.C. Tucker Chairman of the Board, Owner and CEO Jim Litten, President and Owner Patrick Purdue and President of Residential Real Estate Services and Owner Donna Kreps in strategic planning, brokerage operations and office and agent support, including supporting of F.C. Tucker’s franchise partners in Indiana and Kentucky.
“Adding the Regional Vice President positions is a critical step to support F.C. Tucker’s continued growth while ensuring strong support for our valued agents,” Litten said. “We have studied this model for the last few years and are confident it creates the continuity of local leadership the F.C. Tucker Company thrives upon. Angel and Andy are uniquely qualified for their roles and are enthusiastic about continuing to provide best-in-class agent support and fostering the brokerage’s growth far into the future.”
