The Carmel swim teams hosted Zionsville and Brownsburg for a three-team meet Tuesday at the Greyhounds’ aquatic center.
In the girls meet, Carmel won 10 of the 12 events. Ellie Clarke (individual medley and 500 freestyle) and Molly Sweeney (50 free and breaststroke) both picked up two individual victories. They were joined by Helena Gibson in diving, Helayna Weller in the 100 free and Sophia Floyd in the backstroke. The Hounds were also first in the 200 and 400 free relays.
In the boys meet, Carmel won 11 events, including two victories from Yi Zheng in the IM and the breaststroke. Other Greyhound winners were Lewis Zhang in the 200 free, Donald Zhao in the 50 free, Alrik Mansberger in diving, Jack Street in the butterfly, Trent Allen in the 100 free, Alex Harrell in the 500 free and Cory Han in the backstroke. Carmel also won the 200 and 400 free relays.
