Noblesville’s boys dropped their first game of the season Saturday, Nov. 29, falling to Plainfield 60-53 at The Mill.
The game was tied at 13-13 after the first quarter, but the Quakers took over in the second period, outscoring the Millers 17-8 for a 30-21 halftime lead. The teams played even in the second half, but Plainfield stayed in front.
Justin Curry led Noblesville with 29 points, including five 3-pointers. Max Flanagan made three triples for nine points. Curry and Luke Fogg both collected five rebounds, while Adam Fine dished out four assists.
The Millers are 1-1 and play Friday at Fishers.
