The Guerin Catholic boys traveled to Tindley on Saturday, Nov. 29 and came home with a 72-30 victory.
The Golden Eagles led 18-4 after one quarter and 41-14 at halftime. Andrew Riethman scored nine first-half points, while Zachary Tansel threw in two 3-pointers on his way to eight points.
Guerin Catholic held a 63-20 lead after three periods, instituting a running clock. Tansel made two more 3s during the second half, giving him four for the game and a team-leading 14 points.
Four other GC players reached double digits. Riethman finished with 11 points, while Hayden Rogers, Will Bach and Carter Murans all scored 10.
Guerin Catholic is 2-0 and hosts Muncie Central on Wednesday.
