Noblesville senior cross country runner John Libs has been named the Indiana Association of Track and Cross Country Coaches’ Boys Class 4A Runner of the Year.
Libs was a consistent force for the Millers on their way to a runner-up finish at the IHSAA state meet on Nov. 1. He placed third as an individual in a time of 15 minutes, 7.5 seconds.
Libs is one of several Hamilton County cross country runners to receive IATCCC First Team or Honorable Mention for the 2025 season. The other honorees are listed below.
Boys Class 4A – First Team: Jonah Kaul, Carmel; Liam Powers, Hamilton Southeastern; Banner Barnes, Noblesville. Honorable Mention: Carter Buhr, Carmel; Zach Flint, Carmel; Nate Thomas, Fishers; Reece Torres, Fishers; Isaac Smith, Hamilton Southeastern; Cooper Click, Noblesville; Isaiah Vohs, Noblesville.
Girls Class 4A – First Team: Sadie Foley, Carmel; Annabel Pollert, Carmel; Larkin Taylor, Carmel; Caitlin Hawkins, Fishers; Alivia Lozier, Westfield. Honorable Mention: Margo Halle, Carmel; Kaitlyn Oshimura, Carmel, Allie Belush, Fishers; Jayde Stamm, Noblesville; Jenna Burns, Westfield; Mackenna Condon, Westfield.
Boys Class 3A – First Team: Isaiah Heuer, Hamilton Heights. Honorable Mention: Cole Eckstein, Guerin Catholic.
Girls Class 3A – Honorable Mention: Chloe Tragesser, Guerin Catholic; Allie Bushey, Hamilton Heights.
Girls Class 2A – Honorable Mention: Laurel Gough-McKeown, University.
