Case dismissed against Carmel man accused of conspiracy to murder his wife

The State of Indiana filed a motion to dismiss charges on Nov. 14. During the four o’clock hour Monday afternoon, Nov. 17, Attorney Mario Massillamany told The Reporter the case had been dismissed during what was to be the final pre-trial conference.
