Get ready to trade the big-box frenzy for local charm.
On Saturday, Nov. 29, Carmel’s central core districts and neighboring areas are inviting residents and visitors alike to launch their holiday shopping season by participating in Shop Small Shop Carmel on Small Business Saturday.
Many of your favorite Carmel businesses are joining forces to make this day special. Shoppers will receive a complimentary Shop Carmel reusable tote bag packed with exclusive giveaways and special items from the participating local businesses. It’s the perfect way to carry your unique finds and show your local pride.
New this year: 15 Years of the Arts & Design District = 15 Days of Giveaways
The city is kicking off 15 Days of Giveaways – a festive celebration of the local shops, restaurants, and makers who make the District shine all year long. From unique gifts and delicious bites to artful experiences, there’s something special waiting for everyone.
Thanks to generous sponsor Teresa Chapman State Farm, the city will spotlight a different local business each day leading up to Shop Small Saturday on Nov. 29, as well as giving you the chance to win prizes from your favorite District destinations.
