The Guerin Catholic boys soccer team cruised past West Lafayette 7-0 Wednesday to finish its regular season.
Connor Klen scored two goals for the Class 2A No. 2 Golden Eagles. Will Scheu and Christian Zermeno both added one goal and provided two assists. AJ McMurtrey had one goal and one assist, with Adam Jurewicz and Eli Megel both adding one goal.
Guerin Catholic is 12-4 and hosts Western Boone on Wednesday in a Sectional 26 semifinal game.

Hamilton Heights finished the regular season this week with an 11-0 win over Daleville on Tuesday, then a 0-0 tie with 1 No. 8 Muncie Burris on Wednesday.
The Huskies are 9-7-2 and play Heritage Christian Monday in the first round of Sectional 26 at Guerin Catholic.
