American Heritage Girls is a faith-based leadership development program for girls ages 5 to 18.
In Troop IN2324, we’ve already had an eventful year. Our Pioneer and Patriot units (aged 12 to 18) have gone camping at Ouabache State Park, completed the Money Management Badge, and participated in the National Day of Service. However, their favorite event was earning the Music Appreciation Badge.
In August, we had a weekend long-event planned by Patriot Anna Morrison for her level award. We attended the Noblesville Front Porch Music Festival, and listened to performances by Scrapper and Skelton, among others. The girls loved the music and food. All the event organizers and musicians were very helpful in the planning of our trip.
We have plenty more to do this fall with more camping and a field trip to the Indiana Statehouse coming up!
