The 10th annual Saving Second Base Ride hosted by American Legion Riders Post 341, Cicero and Phi Beta Psi Sorority, Delta Chapter takes place this Saturday, Sept. 20.
Registration is from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Breakfast will be offered for a free-will donation.
Kickstands up at 10:30 a.m., and the ride will start at Cicero American Legion, 50 Washington Ave., and end at Northbrook Brewing, 119 W. Main St., Arcadia.
Cost to participate is $20 per bike or $10 per passenger.
The Saving Second Base Ride benefits the Phi Beta Psi Sorority with all proceeds going to the organization’s National Cancer Research Project.
Among auction items at the end of the motorcycle run at Northbrook will be:
- Four-hour pontoon ride for six people with appetizers, wine, beer, other drinks
- Two tickets to Colts/Raiders football game on Oct. 5 with lower level seats and parking
