Like so many of us in a post-COVID-19 world, Hamilton County entrepreneur Brett Morrow missed the ubiquitous presence of good salad bars in restaurants across the land. While he was able to ensure the presence of a salad bar when he brought back The Shack in Tipton, that is only one location and hardly qualifies as “across the land.” But lo, right now today you can go to the Harbour Market, 20825 Hague Road, Noblesville, to make the salad of your choice while you buy groceries. If you are a meaty salad person, throw in some ham, turkey, chicken, REAL bacon, or all of the above and make a meal of it. Coming March 1, you can do the same at the Cicero Market, 99 S. Peru St., Cicero.
