Casting roles in “Ring of Fire,” “CATS,” “Holiday Inn” & more
Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre announces upcoming adult auditions for productions in the remainder of its 2026 Season. These are for ages 19 and older, and includes both Equity and non-Equity performers.
This audition will seek to fill roles in The Play That Goes Wrong, Ring of Fire, CATS, Holiday Inn, and A Christmas Carol.
Auditions are by appointment only. They will take place Monday, Feb. 23 (Equity Principal Auditions) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with dance callbacks from 6 to 8 p.m., and Tuesday, Feb. 24 (Equity Chorus Call), from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with dance callbacks at 2 p.m. Those with an audition appointment should report to the lobby of Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre, 9301 Michigan Road, Indianapolis, to sign in.

The Play That Goes Wrong performances are July 16 through Aug. 23, 2026. Rehearsals begin June 29, 2026.
Ring of Fire is on stage Aug. 27 through Oct. 4, 2026. Rehearsals start Aug. 13, 2026.
CATS runs from Oct. 8 through Nov. 22, 2026. Rehearsals begin Sept. 24, 2026.
Holiday Inn performances take place from Nov. 27 through Jan. 3, 2027. Rehearsals begin Nov. 12, 2026.
A Christmas Carol takes place from Dec. 4 to 22, 2025, with rehearsals starting on Nov. 27, 2026.
Those auditioning should prepare two contrasting vocal selections – one up tempo and one ballad – and music in the correct key. A one-minute monologue may be requested. Auditioners should also bring an updated picture and resume, as well as dance clothes and their entire vocal book for a potential dance callback at 6 p.m.
