Hamilton Heights’ girls got back to their winning ways on Tuesday, beating North Miami 70-60 in an away game.
The Huskies blasted out to a 24-15 lead after the first quarter. Kamryn Rhoton scored seven points in that opening period, with Riley Suarez adding six.
The Warriors came back in the second quarter to take a 34-33 halftime lead, but Heights powered through the second half to get the 10-point victory. Suarez led the way with 27 points.
Bayleigh Eisele added 14 points and dished out five assists, while Rhoton finished with 12 points and made five steals. Zoey Curry handed out eight assists and collected six rebounds.
The Huskies are 11-3 and play Thursday at West Lafayette.
