The Special Census crews resumed going door to door last Friday, Dec. 5. Crews will be out daily, and Westfield city officials will provide updates as needed to keep residents informed throughout the census process.
When they visit, they’ll ask where you were living on Sept. 15, 2025, which is the official reference date for this special census. If you aren’t home or don’t answer, they’ll leave a notice of visit with a phone number you can call to complete the census over the phone.
Participation in the special census is very important; it helps ensure the community is counted accurately, which directly impacts the funding and resources received for roads, schools, public safety, and other local services.
