The Hamilton Southeastern girls rolled to a Senior Night and Hoosier Crossroads Conference victory over Avon, 67-42 on Friday, Dec. 12.
The Class 4A No. 8 Royals were down 11-9 after the first quarter but easily outscored the Orioles in the next three periods. Southeastern led 31-23 at halftime 47-32 after three quarters.
Kayla Stidham reached double-double status with 24 points and 14 rebounds. Stidham drained four 3-pointers, dished out four assists and blocked two Avon shots.
Kennedy Holman was next with 19 points and collected eight rebounds. Piper Brinley made four steals.
The Royals stayed perfect in HCC play at 3-0 and are 8-2 overall. Southeastern plays Fishers this Friday in the Mudsock game at the Fishers Events Center.
