Hamilton Southeastern dropped its season-opening game to Pike 65-46 Saturday, Nov. 29 at the Royals’ gym.
The Red Devils outscored Southeastern in each quarter, leading 13-5 after the first period and 29-18 at halftime.
Luke Weemer led the Royals with 12 points, while Landon Osswald scored 11 points and pulled six rebounds. Varschon Clark collected five rebounds, while Jack Jacobs dished out four assists.
Southeastern travels to Avon Friday to begin Hoosier Crossroads Conference play.
