The Hamilton County Republican Party (HCRP) has called a caucus to fill a vacancy for the Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney.
The caucus will be held Monday, Dec. 29 promptly at 5:30 p.m., with registration beginning at 4:45 p.m. Be sure to arrive on time as the doors will be closed at 5:30 p.m., and bring your state-issued ID.
The caucus will be held in the Commissioners’ Courtroom on the first floor of the Hamilton County Government and Judicial Center, 1 Hamilton County Square, Noblesville.
Candidates must live in Hamilton County, have a Republican primary vote history in the last two primaries they have voted in, and file a notarized Declaration of Candidacy Form CEB-5 with the Hamilton County Republican Party 72 hours before the caucus (5:30 p.m. on Dec. 26). Precinct Committeemen in Hamilton County are eligible to vote.
This will be a closed caucus, and only members of the caucus, caucus board, vote tellers, candidate’s designated watchers, or HCRP staff and designees will be allowed inside the caucus.
