Wagner
Gary Wagner, Executive Director of PrimeLife Enrichment (PLE), has announced his retirement effective the end of this year.
Wagner joined PrimeLife as its Chief Development Officer in 2018 and has served as its Executive Director since 2020. He has been elected to join PLE’s Board of Directors effective Jan. 1, 2026.
“PrimeLife has become part of my identity, and the relationships I have formed here are ones I will carry with me forever,” Wagner said. “I look forward to my new role as a PLE Board member and will continue to be a strong advocate for the value that PrimeLife adds to our community and its importance to our ever-growing senior population.”

Thompson
Sloane Thompson was selected by PLE’s Board of Directors to succeed Wagner as Executive Director effective Jan. 5, 2026. Thompson comes to PLE as a recent graduate of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy and with an extensive background in not-for-profit management.
“I am thrilled to join PrimeLife Enrichment in its mission to promote active aging for members of our community age 50 and above,” Thompson said.

PrimeLife Enrichment has been serving the senior community of Hamilton County since 1977. It is recognized as a unique resource for seniors and their families primarily due to the 20,000 square foot Enrichment Center located at 1078 Third Ave. SW in Carmel, and its door-to-door, on-demand transportation program serving all of Hamilton County.
Mission – PrimeLife’s mission is to help seniors lead active, independent and purposeful lives by providing access to clinical and social determinants of health.
