Hamilton County was well-represented on the Indiana High School Volleyball Coaches Association’s list of All-State players, which was released earlier this week.
Four players earned First Team honors in Class 4A. Carsyn Comer and Georgia Bresnahan both represent Westfield on the First Team; the Shamrocks won their first-ever regional championship this season. The Westfield duo is joined by Hamilton Southeastern’s Madi Miles and Noblesville’s Reese Resmer on First Team.
Two more HSE players were named to the Second Team for 4A: Maye McConnell and Breana Morgan. Westfield’s Kendyl Strack also received a place on Second Team.
The Shamrocks’ Doug Alexander was named the 4A Assistant Coach of the Year.
In Class 3A, Macie Smith, who was part of the regional champion Hamilton Heights team, earned a place on First Team. Guerin Catholic’s Emery Cardinal also earned First Team honors, while her GC teammate Madison Fritch was named to the Second Team.
