The Sheridan girls basketball team dropped a road game to Lebanon 43-30 Tuesday at the Tigers’ Rosenstihl Gymnasium.
The Blackhawks led 13-12 after the first quarter and 24-21 at halftime. But Lebanon stunned Sheridan with an 8-0 third period, then outscored the Hawks 14-6 in the fourth.
Sadie Timme led Sheridan with a double-double of 11 points and 13 rebounds; she also dished out two assists. Lucy Marquis added six points, along with three rebounds and two steals.
Makenzy Terry scored five points and also collected four rebounds. Brielle Garner had two points, four rebounds and four assists. Marah Fausset, Teagan Horney and Olivia Long all scored two points.
The Blackhawks are 0-2 and host Mooresville Christian on Thursday.
