Westfield updates stormwater billing

Paying your stormwater bill just got easier in Westfield. The city has transferred bill payment to the XPress Bill Pay platform. Xpress Bill Pay is the premier local government and service district payment provider.

Action is required for all new and existing customers. Please click here to establish online billing and opt into paperless billing. You can also set up autopay at the same link.
