The United States Navy Band Country Current is the Navy’s premier country-bluegrass ensemble. They are nationally renowned for their versatility and musicianship, performing a blend of modern country music and cutting-edge bluegrass. This seven-member ensemble employs musicians from diverse backgrounds with extensive high-profile recording and touring experience in the music scenes of Nashville, New York, New Orleans, and more. In the tradition of country music, each member is a skilled performer on multiple instruments.
The event continues Allied Solutions Center’s tradition of presenting a free concert each season by one of our nation’s military musical ensembles, which have included the U.S. Marine Band and the U.S. Army Field Band and Soldiers’ Chorus. A previously scheduled Oct. 23 performance by the U.S. Navy Band Commodores jazz ensemble was canceled because of routing complications.
The concert is part of the 2025-2026 Center Presents Season sponsored by Allied Solutions.
