On Saturday, Nov. 8 from 10 to 11:30 a.m., everyone is invited to “Self-Care & the Holidays,” a free, practical workshop offering ideas for enjoying all the season has to offer. The workshop will take place at Noblesville Friends, 1055 Division St.

Come learn tips and simple techniques for lessening stress, prioritizing joy, navigating grief, and nurturing peace of mind and heart this holiday. All are welcome!
