The Carmel boys tennis team swept its Senior Night meet on Thursday, beating Bishop Chatard 5-0.
The Greyhounds won all five matches in straight sets. In singles, No. 1 Wesley Worobel got a 6-2, 6-4 victory, No. 2 Mahesh Duvvuri won 6-3, 6-1 and No. 3 David Weissbach was a 6-3, 6-3 winner.
In doubles, No. 1 Vishal Shankar and Nikhil Gupta won 6-1, 6-0. No. 2 doubles Karan Devanaboina and Isaac Qian got a 6-0, 6-0 shutout. Carmel played with an all-senior lineup.
In a Wednesday match, the Greyhounds beat Brebeuf Jesuit 3-2. Carmel won all three singles matches, with Worobel taking the No. 1 match 6-2, 6-3. Andrew Kim won 6-1, 6-0 at No. 2 singles, while Shankar was victorious 6-0, 6-2 at No. 3 singles.
