Two community-focused ministries, Legacy Christian Preschool and Bethel Lutheran Church, are joining together this fall to hold the second-annual Family Fall Festival, welcoming families from Noblesville and surrounding areas to enjoy a free, fun-filled afternoon of fall activities.
The event, to be held at Bethel Lutheran Church, 20650 Cumberland Road, Noblesville, is set for 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4. It’s the result of a growing and meaningful partnership between the church and the school, one that blends a shared commitment to faith, education, and service.
Legacy Christian School, a Pre-K through 12th-grade Christian school located on Lakeview Drive in Noblesville, found itself in need of space when it added its state-accredited high school. In what can be described as a “God-orchestrated connection,” the school partnered with Bethel Lutheran Church, which opened the doors of its educational wing to house the preschool.
Now in its third year operating preschool classes at Bethel, the partnership has not only solved a practical need, it has brought renewed energy and joy to the church campus. It has truly been a blessing to have so many young families active at Bethel during the week. You can feel the life and joy the children bring to the building. It’s exactly the kind of ministry that Bethel wants to partner with, using what God has given them to serve the community.
That spirit of service is at the heart of both ministries. Bethel Lutheran Church is well-known for its outreach programs, including a bi-weekly food and baby pantry; charter organization for Scouting America troops; Marilyn’s Place (non-food pantry); Classical Conversations, Bible Study Fellowship and many more. Their guiding philosophy is simple yet impactful: to use what God has blessed them with to bless others.
Legacy Christian School shares that mission. In addition to academic excellence rooted in a biblical worldview, the school emphasizes service and leadership at every grade level. The Family Fall Festival is a natural outgrowth of those shared values, bringing people together, meeting community needs, and celebrating the season with joy.
The festival will feature a hay maze, pumpkin station, face painting, hayride, campfire foods and fall treats, as well as many more family fun activities. Admission is free and all are welcome.
This is becoming a tradition – a growing one. It’s more than just an event; it’s a way for families to connect and create lasting memories together. It’s a place for children to have fun in a safe, faith-filled environment, and to continue building strong relationships between the school, the church, and the community.
