Main Street: U.S. 31 to Old Meridian Street
Starting Sept. 23, paving will occur on Main Street from U.S. 31 to Old Meridian Street between the hours of 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. The nighttime hours should reduce disruptions to daily traffic and facilitate the overall paving schedule.
Towne Road
All weather and progress permitting
- 136th Street is closed through September
- 141st Street will close after 136th Street opens
- Towne Road Bridge over I-465 is an INDOT project that has an expected completion of early 2026.
Clay Center Bridge
The bridge south of Main Street and north of the Claridge Farm neighborhood entrance is closed through November.
Southbound Range Line Road
Monday, Sept. 29 through Tuesday, Oct. 7, southbound Range Line Road will be closed between Walnut Street and City Center Drive.
A detour route will be provided using Walnut Street, 3rd Avenue SW, and City Center Drive. northbound Range Line Road will remain open.
146th Street & Allisonville Road
The left lanes of eastbound and westbound 146th Street between Allisonville Road and Rosebud Drive/Harrison Parkway are closed.
126th Street bridge rehabilitation
126th Street between Brookshire Parkway and Royce Court is closed for bridge rehabilitation with an expected completion date of mid- to late October.
Local traffic will continue to have access to their homes, while thru traffic is asked to use the posted detour of Keystone Parkway – 131st Street – Gray Road.
