Some lucky person is now the owner of Jim Irsay’s home in Carmel.
According to real estate listing from The Decatur Group of Century 21 Scheetz, the late Indianapolis Colts owner’s estate sold for $11.75 million.
The gated property spans 9.4 acres alongside the Crooked Stick Golf Club and was originally listed in July for $12 million.
The main home of the estate boasts over 24,000 square feet of refined living space. The listing originally said “rarely does a property of this scale, provenance, and privacy become available – a true legacy estate in the heart of the Midwest.”
In addition to the main house, there are two standalone guest homes: The Cabin, a newly built 2,700-square-foot retreat with three bedrooms and three and a half baths; and The Cottage, which includes two bedrooms and two baths.
