Hamilton Heights dropped a 28-13 game at Triton Central Friday, Aug. 29.
After a scoreless first quarter, the Tigers got on the board first with a rushing touchdown. The Huskies responded with a 53-yard touchdown throw from Drew Woodruff to Drew Duncan. Keegan Kavanaugh’s extra-point kick tied the game.
Triton Central scored again before halftime, taking a 14-7 lead. Logan Hickman brought Heights within 14-13 after making a two-yard TD run, but the Tigers scored two touchdowns in the fourth quarter to win the game.
The Huskies are 0-2 and return home this Friday to play Tippecanoe Valley.
