All aboard for Oktoberfest!
On Oct. 4 and 5, step into the Nickel Plate Express’ historic 1950s dining car for a one-of-a-kind Oktoberfest celebration in Noblesville.
This two-hour ride isn’t just about the views – it’s about the flavors. Your ticket includes a full German dinner that’s as cozy and festive as fall itself:
- Rye & pretzel bread with house mustard, and sauerkraut
- Cucumber salad with red onion, sour cream, and dill
- Pork sauerbraten with sweet and savory gravy
- Herb roasted potatoes with caramelized onion and swiss
- Apple strudel pastry filled with apples
Pair your meal with a German beer, wine, or seasonal cocktail from the onboard bar (credit card only) and toast to fall in true Oktoberfest style.
Seating options
When it comes to seating, riders have two options. Want a lively, adults-only experience with cozy booth seating and Oktoberfest vibes? Diamond Class is for you. Prefer a little more room at the table or planning to bring the whole family along for the ride? You’ll feel right at home in Platinum Class.
- Diamond Seating (21 and up only) – four-top booth seating in the Duke Dining Car. Tickets are sold individually. Cozy and social.
- Platinum Seating (Families welcome) – Table and chair seating in the Reporter Lounge. Tables sold by the table (up to four guests). Best for extra room and comfort.
Space is already limited for Oct. 4 rides, so don’t wait to snag your seat.
