Hamilton Heights High School Band Department’s Flag Camp is designed to give middle school students the opportunity to experience the excitement of performing live alongside the high school Color Guard at halftime during the Huskies vs. Tippecanoe Valley Vikings Varsity football game on Friday, Sept. 5. It will also give them a chance to see what it would be like to be a member of the Color Guard Squad. (Photo provided)

Hamilton Heights announces the return of Color Guard Flag Camp.
Middle school students (grades 5 to 8) interested in learning more about becoming a future member of the Hamilton Heights High School Color Guard squad are invited to join color guard members for fun, learning, and live performance on the Husky home turf.
Flag Camp features two rehearsals that take place in the High School Band Room (across from the Main Gym) from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3 and from 3:30 to 8:15 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5. Participants will perform alongside the Color Guard and the high school and middle school bands as part of the Middle School Band/Guard Extravaganza Night during the half-time festivities at Friday night’s game.
Participating students will learn flag routines to awesome songs, have dinner, play games, receive a Color Guard T-shirt, meet new friends, and be a part of the live entertainment on the field. Cost is $20. Payment accepted by Venmo, cash or check (made payable to HHBB), which can be dropped off at the high school main office during school hours by Friday, Sept. 5.
