HSE School Board to vote on appointment of new superintendent

The Hamilton Southeastern Schools Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on a proposed superintendent’s contract at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 29. Immediately following the hearing, the board is expected to vote on the appointment of the next superintendent.

The meeting will take place at the HSE Administration Building, 13485 Cumberland Road, Fishers.

This action follows the resignation of Superintendent Patrick Mapes. Over the past several weeks, the board has worked to identify the district’s next leader. Throughout this time, the board has focused on maintaining the existing strong foundation and continued focus on students and student outcomes.
