Do you know a Westfield High School senior looking for scholarship opportunities to continue his or her educational journey? The Westfield Chamber Academic Scholarship application is open now.
During the Westfield Chamber’s 45-year history, the Chamber has awarded tens of thousands of dollars to deserving individuals in the community, and the tradition continues this year. The 2026 scholarships have been made possible because of the generous support from Westfield individuals and businesses, including sponsors from the annual Lantern Awards ceremony.
About the Scholarship
The Westfield Chamber offers three $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors. The scholarships are awarded to Westfield High School graduating seniors who plan to further their education. The application deadline is 11:59 p.m. Friday, April 17.
Each candidate must write and submit a 500-word minimum, 1,000-word maximum essay. The scholarship writing prompt is listed in the scholarship application form. All essays must be submitted via online application form to be considered for these awards. The student’s information must accompany essays.
A sub-committee of the Westfield Chamber Board of Directors will review all submitted applications after the April 17 deadline. The judges will not see the applicant’s name or personal information. They will only be provided with the essay responses.
